I inserted a CD survey into my computer and reached the “spinning ball” test page, but the spinning ball never appears. What should I do?
First, hold down “Shift” on your keyboard and click the refresh icon in your web browser. If this does not fix the problem, you may not have either Quicktime or Shockwave installed on your computer, or there may be a problem with their installation. Our CD includes the latest version of both Quicktime and Shockwave installers. To install them, browse to “My Computer” (either from your desktop or Start menu). Right-click on your CD-ROM drive and select “Explore” from the menu. Double-click the Quicktime and Shockwave installers to run them. Reboot your computer when finished.
