For security reasons, if you enter your Personal Password incorrectly too many times the system locks your Lloyds TSB ClickSafe account. If you’ve forgotten your Personal Password when trying to access your Personal Account Manager or when shopping at a participating Lloyds TSB ClickSafe online store please click on the ‘Forgot your Password’ link, and follow the instructions. This will allow you to set a new Personal Password yourself. Alternatively, call us on 0845 3000 044 if you’re calling from the UK or +44 1702 278 270 if you’re calling from outside the UK.
