No. The $30.00 fee covers all licenses you hold/held from a Nursys® Licensure participting board of nursing of the same license type. For example, let’s say you are requesting verification of your Idaho RN be sent to Arizona. You also hold RN licenses in Oregon and Alaska. In this example, you will only be charged $30.00 to send the verification to Arizona.
