No, provided that you currently hold a Post Study Tier 1 visa you can apply after the 30th April deadline. Should you join us on our graduate programme, we would work with you to obtain a Tier 2 visa as soon as possible. Please note that we recruit on a rolling basis, so applying early is recommended.
