I hold a degree in estate management. What is the shortest route to home inspector qualification?
This will depend on the work you have been doing since obtaining your degree. I am attracted to the Home Inspector course but before proceeding I need guidance on the building of a portfolio concerning Units 1 and 2. I have wide experience of office administration and management but have recently taken very early retirement. I cannot therefore provide current evidence. Would a witness statement from my former manager suffice? The currency of evidence is generally regarded as three years so anything in that timescale would be valid but a witness statement would certainly be helpful in addition.
