I held Strong Funds in an Edvest (or Tomorrows Scholar) 529 account but have not received a distribution from the Strong Settlement. When will I be receiving my payment?

The Wisconsin College Savings Program Board, which oversees Wisconsins 529 College Savings Program, unanimously approved a motion requesting that, in accordance with the Strong Distribution Plan, all of the settlement funds for Edvest and Tomorrows Scholar investors be used to offset future plan expenses such as audit fees otherwise payable by participants. The College Savings Program Board felt that this option would maximize the benefit to its investors. Accordingly, no payments will be made directly to Edvest (or Tomorrows Scholar) 529 account holders.
