The two ends (northwest/southeast) of SMC have wood ceilings on each floor that are being replaced with the same suspended ceiling and lighting as the rest of the floor. At the same time they are changing out the light fixtures to more energy efficient models. Facilities Services has completed work on all floors except the second. They are working closely with us to coordinate their remaining work with our move schedule so hopefuly their renovations can be completed before we move in.
