University of Pennsylvania put together a time capsule in 1984 and we placed a bottle of Elliott’s apple juice in the time capsule along with bags of potato chips and a package of Tasty Cakes. I lay odds the juice will be more drinkable…and if it turns to vinegar some one can use it on a salad.
