You will be required to supply the two documents only if you are planning to apply to the School of Health Studies, Psychiatric Nursing or the First Nations & Aboriginal Counselling program. When the Admissions Office receives your application form, they will in turn send you the two documents to be submitted. It is strongly recommended that students apply as early as possible, as it will take time for each agency to complete the required documents. (The Faculty of Education and the School of Health Studies, Bachelor of Nursing will require students to submit these documents prior to any practicums.
