No. There is barely any interaction between these two characters in the anime and none at all in the manga. In the anime, their only interaction was when Shizuka asked Kaiba to stop the Duel Ship after the first battle to get medical help for Bakura. Kaiba didn’t and instead had a doctor sent to Bakura’s room. There was no song and there was no date.
