I heard of the Bupa SMS service. What is this and how can I enrol in the service?
Msg.Bupa is a free SMS update service for all Bupa members. This service provides you instant updates on the status of pre-authorisation requests, reimbursement claim and other online membership request status. These updates inform you that we have received your request and that it is currently under process. Once processing is done, Msg.Bupa will again send you an SMS message informing you of our decision in case of pre-authorisation request or reimbursement claim.
