SAP xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx will be initially offered with on demand delivery. SAP will host the solution and provide a scalable technology infrastructure, as well as built-in support and services. In doing so, we believe we can simplify IT and drive down the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for our customers, for example by reducing their need for on-site IT resources and costs related to hardware, maintenance, and upgrades. SAP executives have publicly indicated our intent to provide the solution on-premise, in the 2009 timeframe.
