Hot. Though there is variance in the levels of heat from season to season. During hot season (April-June) it is not uncommon for temperatures to reach 120F during the day with more bearable nights. The good news is that after about a year, most Volunteers adjust and consider temperatures in the 70’s to be blanket weather. Night time lows in the 50’s during cold season (December – February) are downright frigid – but a blessing as well.
