I havent renewed my license since 1995. What do I need to do to get reinstated in the Commonwealth of Virginia?
A. When a license is not reinstated within three years of its expiration date, an applicant for licensure shall (1) reapply for licensure; and (2) reapply for state examination. However, the Board may consider reinstatement of an expired license or registration for up to three years following expiration. A written request for reinstatement shall be submitted to the Board and shall include payment of all applicable delinquent renewal fees and the additional reinstatement fee prescribed.
