1) If you are using a Metro PC phone you will not receive any information. Text To Party system is not compatible with Metro PC. 2) Wait for a few minutes, there might be a delay between your mobile device and your phone company. 3) Your phone must be a Text message enable phone and you must have a text message plan on your phone. 4) If your phone is turned off, or is in an area without coverage (such as inside an elevator), your carrier holds the message and delivers it as soon as you re-enters a coverage area.
