I haven’t received my good(s) (race stands / pit tent / luggage bags etc) which were offered by Suzuki Australia as part a promotion yet. What’s happening with this?
“Suzuki supports our retail customers with many fantastic sales incentives, but we allow 6 to 8 weeks to process all claims once we receive correctly completed claim forms from our dealer network. Once we receive your claim paperwork you’ll receive a letter from Suzuki to confirm your delivery address. It’s a good idea to check with your authorised selling dealer to make sure your claim paperwork has been submitted, and then allow 6 to 8 weeks form that date to receive your good(s).
