Suzuki supports our retail customers with many fantastic sales incentives, but we allow 6 to 8 weeks to process all claims once we receive correctly completed claim forms from our dealer network. It’s a good idea to check with your authorised selling dealer to make sure your claim paperwork has been submitted , and then allow 6 to 8 weeks from that date to receive your Cashback cheque in the mail.
