Sure, you could leave without paying. However, there’s two big problems with that: 1: If you do not withdraw/drop the class (and you said the deadline has passed to do that), you will likely get an F in the class. At most schools, teachers are technically allowed to drop you from the class if you don’t show up for like 2 weeks or something like that. But most teachers don’t do that since it creates work for them. So you’ll just end up with an F in that class. If you had withdrawn before the deadline, you would have either gotten a W or it wouldn’t have shown up on your record at all (usually, that’s only if you withdraw within the first 2 weeks or so at the beginning of the term). Any college you transfer to will require you to submit your community college transcript and they will see those Fs. 2: The community college doesn’t care if you don’t like the education you’re receiving.
