I have Windows XP and when I download and try to open my eStatement it says that a preview is not available. Why can’t I see my eStatement?
A. Your computer may not have the correct file type association for Adobe Acrobat Reader. To correct this: Right-click the eStatement file, a pop-up menu will display. Select Open With from the pop-up menu and then select Choose Program. From the list choose Acrobat Reader and then select the check box that says “Always use the selected program to open this kind of file.” After you have done this you should be able to double-click your eStatement file and have it open in Acrobat Reader.
