I have upgraded to Adobe reader 7 and now my eBook or eMap won open?
If you install a Version 2.1 eBook or eMap (Can be found on the front of the CD) and have Adobe Reader 7.0 installed prior installing it you will need to install a patch that can be found on our website. There is no error message displayed by this problem. After authorization Adobe Reader 7 will try to open briefly and then it will shut down. Installing the patch will fix the problem. The patch will update the Digital Product Version 2.1 software to work with Adobe Reader 7. If you are receiving a FOPN_fLock error when opening the eBook or eMap install the patch and it will fix this problem also. If you update Adobe Reader to version 7 after authorization and you are experiencing problems please install the patch described above and it will solve the problem.
