1. Uninstall Fax2000 2. Download and install the latest version from ftp://ftp.ccr.net/fax2000/fax2000.exe 3. Find and delete any files named ccrdll*.dll fax2000.drv and apf*.dll 4. Reinstall Fax2000 Be advised that in Windows NT/2000/XP you must launch Fax2000 before printing in order for it to work properly.
