I have tried to refer friends using the efer friends link but they have not received the referral email. Why?
It could be that your friends’ email host is treating the emails as spam and either deleting them, or putting them into a ‘bulk’ mail folder automatically. You can ask them to check for this, and add the email address ecashback@ecashback.co.uk into their address book which will ensure that they receive your emails from the refer friends page. Alternatively, you can send them a personal email yourself with your referral link which you can find on the refer friends page.
