I have transferred funds to beneficiary “X” and received a Remitter ID. If I visit the branch after a few days to transfer funds to different beneficiary “Y”, will I get a new remitter ID?

Remitter ID is a unique number and it does not change for each beneficiary. Beneficiary “Y” will be registered under the same Remitter ID as beneficiary “X”.
