The location for the Magistrate Court in Blacksburg (and also the location for the Magistrate Judge’s Office) is 101 South John Street. This is the former school building across from the Piggly Wiggly grocery store on Highway 29 (West Cherokee Street), which is the main street through the Town of Blacksburg. Use the entrance closest to the Highway 29 side of the building. You can contact the Magistrate at (864) 839-2492, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except on holidays.
