I have the “Allow Clearing of Password History by Administrator checkbox” marked in the Omni Tools-Omni Password window, but where can I clear the password history?
In order to have the option to clear password history you will need to have the “Allow Clearing of Password History by Administrator” and “Password Uniqueness” checkboxes marked. To clear the password history for a user, go to Tools | Setup | System | User | Select a User. Place the cursor in the Password field and you will be prompted with a “Would you like to clear the Password history for this user?” message.
