I have taken the 40-hr Hazwoper course and the 8-hr Refresher through the Teamsters but have lost my certification card. How do I get a replacement card?

Replacement cards or transcripts are issued by the IBT Program Office. Please contact the training center where you took the courses or contact the IBT Program Office directly. Once the training has been confirmed a replacement card will be issued.
