I have taken radioactive iodine. Can I use Thyodine?

If your thyroid gland has been destroyed by radioactive iodine, then Thyodine won’t help you. If your thyroid gland is still working, but at a lower level, then Thyodine may be of assistance. Please ask your physician, or see item #19 for a referral if you need a prescription for thyroid medication.
