As with most hormonal contraceptions, there are risks for blood clots, libido loss, vomiting, and nausea, among others. Although no information on overdose of this drug was found, it should be noted that diane 35 cannot be used effectively as emergency contraception. It is not suggested that such a high dosage be used for any length of time, and the hormonal contraception only be used under supervision of a doctor to help monitor any serious health issues that may arise.
