A common mistake is to check the bank account for credit card withdrawals. You will most probably not see it in there, because Visa releases all charges and refunds once a month – usually on the 2nd or the 10th of each month. What you need to do is to contact your local branch of Visa, the company itself, and make sure that you see the refund in your Visa account.
