I have subscribed to the value pack plan and now i have changed my mobile number. what will happen to my subscription?
Your subscription will be active on your earlier mobile number only. when the mobile number changes, we are unable to carry over the subscription to your new mobile number. once the items are downloaded on your mobile phone, the items will continue to remain on your handset irrespective of the change in your mobile number. hence, just remember to complete all your downloads before your change your mobile number.
