I have subscribed to the archive, but am having problems moving from page to page in the search results and bringing up the article viewer. What is going wrong?
A. As with all errors, please clear your browser cache, close all browser windows and re-start your computer. Some customers have also reported errors with Norton. Update all your anti-virus and anti-spyware software. You could also try accessing the site with Norton disabled (always remember to enable the program again as soon as you can) to see if the site functions properly with Norton switched off. If the site functions properly with Norton disabled and the problem persists, try contacting Norton Technical Support for assistance. Certain firewall software can also block Cookies, Javascript, etc which can also interfere with standard website functions. Ensure this software is not interfering with the product. Disabling pop-up blocking software may also help.
