I have special dietary requirements; whats for breakfast?
A healthy breakfast at Trailside could include omelets, quiches, crepes, french toast, waffles, seasoned PEI petites patates, sausage, bacon, ham, and eggs and, when in season, fresh fruit complement your breakfast. For maximum variety I alternate the breakfast entrees and the pastries. Cooking is something I (Cindy) love to do however, on occasion I’ll need my husband Guy or daughter Vicki to cook your breakfast and although they are excellent cooks, making a different breakfast for each person is something I won’t ask them to do. If you have special dietary requirements, may I suggest an excellent B&B in Charlottetown called the Shipwright Inn.
