I have some contacts that are associated with roles outside of work (such as my role as an Association President). How can I handle these multiple roles with RelationshipSecure?
RelationshipSecure lets you establish multiple “identities” through the use of different Business Cards. You may have one card for your regular job, and then another card for your roles outside of work. To set up additional business cards, click the “RelationshipSecure Setup” button in Outlook, and then click “Add” under the “Your Cards” section of the screen on the left. Once you have multiple cards set up, you may want to associate certain contacts with your various roles. Outlook has a built-in mechanism for doing this called “Categories” that lets you do this and RelationshipSecure can tap into this sorting mechanism. To associate one of your contacts with one of your roles, open the contact from within the Outlook contacts folder. At the bottom right of the screen you will see a “Categories…” button.
