I have sold something. Why has the money not appeared in my PlayFunds account?
Your sale proceeds are credited to your PlayFunds account when you confirm that the product has been posted to the customer. Once you have posted the item, log into your Account and select Sales from the PlayTrade menu. Locate the order and click Confirm Dispatch. This sends an email to the customer confirming that the item is on its way, and credits your PlayFunds account with the proceeds of the sale.
