Your sale proceeds are put into your ‘Funds Pending’ account as soon as you have confirmed dispatch of the tickets. Pending Funds are automatically moved to your PlayFunds account 7 days after the event has taken place. If the date of an event has passed and you have not confirmed dispatch of the tickets, the proceeds from the sale will remain in your ‘Funds Pending’ account until dispatch is confirmed.
