I have software to block pornographic sites on the Internet, how is CNoEvil different?
Blocking Pornographic sites is a great thing. This means you have already taken the first step. CNoEvil is simply an e-mail service that filters out bad e-mail before it reaches your computer, PC or Macintosh. It is specific code, CNE Technology, that we wrote for our server, which hosts e-mail for individuals and businesses, that filters SPAM mail, Viruses, and most importantly Pornography. Our server automatically decodes the messages and scans both the subject and content of the message for vulgar sexual words, terms, phrases, or foul language that would not be used in any appropriate communication. If it contains a known virus or any of this unwanted pornography garbage, we simply block the message from delivery to you and return a message to the sender letting them know it was not delivered due to content filtering. All this is all done in a split second, so there is no delay.
