This pain could still be caused by endometriosis. I had endometriosis removed/burned during a laparoscopy in 2007 and still find that I have extreme pain with ovulation and my periods around my left ovary. My gyno has also said that he had gotten all of my endo. I would recommend that if you continue to experience this severe pain on your right side that you consult with your gyno for further evaluation and let him/her know what has been going on.
