AlphaGigabit Routers, by default, will measure both the speed and bandwidth of your Internet connection. It may take a few minutes to complete this test. This can be confirmed by logging into the Router. As soon as you log in, a message screen will inform you The AlphaShield router is currently measuring your network connection. Accessing this web page might have an effect on the measurement. This page will refresh shortly. If the process takes long and does not complete, press the reset button at the back of the AlphaGIGABIT Router and let the Router complete the above cycle. If you still can’t access the Internet then, please check if the AlphaGAP is not enabled. This can be confirmed by checking if the AlphaGAP buttons corresponding LED is red. To disable AlphaGAP, press the AlphaGAP button to ensure the LED on the Button is green.
