I have set up Microsoft Outlook to read my MEMO email account, but I can send email out. Whats wrong?

There must be a check in the “My server requires authentication” box (under Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, Servers). Also check your incoming email server (mail.gmu.edu) and outgoing email server (smtp.gmu.edu). Keep in mind you are using a client that is not supported by ITU. (Netscape, Mozilla and Thunderbird are supported.) If you have problems with this client, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist you in a timely manner or fix the problem at all.
