You may have typed the unique code wrongly. Please check the same and resend. There are possibilities that your account has been utilized fully. Please make sure that your mobile is listed here before ordering. Techzone reserves the right not to refund your money if your phone is not listed here. Techzone cannot accept responsibility for people that have not read the compatibility page as this makes quite clear which phones are able to accept Ringtones and pictures.
