I have sent my request to be curated but still have not heard for several days. What could be the problem?

As we will always try to complete requests within 24- 36 hours, there may be a slight delay. However, several days does not seem right. First, check your spam folder and make sure that our email didn’t get stuck in your filter. If you find us there, please make sure that you mark us as “not spam” and add Greenview Lane as a contact in your address book.
