People that are known to have sensitive skin could have this reaction. It is the response of the skin to the powerful natural exfoliant agent contained in Elicina called Glycolic Acid. It is also important to mention that if a person with sensitive skin applies the cream with no restriction on the amount and frequency, specially in the area of the face, without taking info consideration more delicate parts of this area like for example the eyelids, could ignite a violent reaction. For sensitive and dry skins we have launched our new product ELICINA PLUS. It is advised first to clean the face of all impurity with simple water and neutral soap. The general rule is to use Elicina Plus twice a day (am/pm) but in case of very sensitive skins we advise to apply only once a day. In case of an extreme sensitivity to Elicina products, where discomfort persists, you must discontinue the use of the product for you may be allergic to Elicinas’ active principal.
