I have selected my travelling data correctly, but after pressing the Search button an error occurs. Why?
After you enter correctly your travelling dates and press the ‘Search’ button it’s possible to encounter the following error message: We are having difficulty processing your request at this time. We recommend that you wait a few minutes and try again. We apologize for this inconvenience. To avoid this error we kindly ask you to use only Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher. Other internet browsers (for example Safari, Google Chrome or other browsers shipped with some Linux distributions) can interpret in a wrong way the travelling dates sent from the booking engine, and therefore show the above message error.
