I have seen enormous compile times with compiler versions 5.0 and version 5.1 (compared to 4.2). Can I expect this problem to be fixed in the near future?

We have improved compile times considerably in 5.1patch01, version 5.2 and version 5.3. The table below shows the improvements in compile times for 17 test cases. Most of the test cases came from bug reports regarding the slowdown in compile time.
