To make sure the results of a scheduled scan are the same as those run manually, configure the scheduled task so that it executes with the same user account that you normally run Retina with. By default, scans scheduled using the task scheduler or AT command run with SYSTEM privileges. It is recommended that you run scheduled Retina scans as Administrator.
