Yes. All RiskyProject version 2 users will receive RiskyProject 3 free of change. Just download and install it on your computer. You don’t need to uninstall RiskyProject 2. However if you are the user of RiskyProject 1 and want to use RiskyProject 3, you have to upgrade the license.
