I have ribbon and labels loaded in my Falcon Plus, but when I try to print I get an error message that reads Check paper setting. What could be wrong?

• Check the ribbon path to make sure that it is not routed through the paper sensor. • If the paper stock is loaded correctly and the paper sensor is properly positioned, run the printer’s Auto Sensing function to allow the printer to detect the paper/ribbon combination on its own.
