I have reserved a hotel room online and would like to stay at the other hotel instead. How do I change my room reservation and receive a refund if there is a difference in room charges?
If you would like to stay at the other hotel instead, please cancel your current online reservation and make a new online reservation with the hotel that you want to stay in (reservations are subject to availability). The room charges of the cancelled booking will be fully refunded to your registered credit card account within two billing cycles, depending on the processing time and statement cut-off date of your bank.
