Because PDF files don’t have a consistent format that can be parsed, there is no way to import them directly. What you could try however is using the recipe import assistant to import your data. If you can select the text of the PDF files when you select the Text tool in Preview, you should be able to make a MacGourmet text clipping of the selected text, which you can then import using the import assistant.
