I have recently taken Non-Discrimination Harassment Prevention Training through the Affirmative Action and Diversity Resources Program. Do I still need to take ethics training?

Yes. Ethics training is a program for all state employees as required by law. Non-Discrimination Harassment Prevention training is a different program required for employees by Northern Illinois University that covers internal non-discrimination policies.
